Who we are
The head office of DERTOUR Hotels & Resorts is located in Cologne. Around 30 employees work there in three different areas under the leadership of the Managing Directors Karl J. Pojer (CEO Hotel Division), Dieter Zümpel (CFO Hotel Division), Christian Grage (Managing Director DTHR), Andreas Pospiech (Managing Director Aldiana) and Sebastian Spratte (CFO).
We also have other employees working on location in the destinations who form the bridge between our headquarters in Cologne and the hotels.
Andreas Pospiech
Managing Director Aldiana GmbH
Andreas Pospiech has been Managing Director of Aldiana GmbH since April 1, 2024. In his role, the experienced tourism manager reports directly to Karl J. Pojer, CEO of the DERTOUR Group Hotel Division. Together with Sebastian Spratte, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Aldiana GmbH, Pospiech will manage the company, further develop the club brand's portfolio at a high level of quality and drive the brand's expansion. On April 1, 2025, Sebastian Spratte was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the DERTOUR Group Hotel Division and joined the Management Board of Aldiana GmbH, where he succeeds Max-Peter Droll. Sebastian Spratte brings over 20 years of experience within the DERTOUR Group and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President Group Finance.
Karl Pojer
In the Group Hotel Division, headed by Karl Pojer, In his role as CEO of the Hotel Division and DSR Hospitality, Karl Pojer is primarily responsible for strategy. With an impressive career in the international hotel and cruise industry, including as CEO of Robinson Clubs and Divisional Director of TUI Hotels & Resorts, Karl J. Pojer brings extensive expertise to the role.
Dieter Zümpel
Chief Sales Officer
The experienced tourism manager Dieter Zümpel is Chief Sales Officer for the DERTOUR Hotel Division. Dieter Zümpel can look back on 28 years of professional experience in the tourism industry and successfully managed DER Touristik Suisse (formerly Kuoni) as CEO from 2016 to 2023. In this position, he was responsible for the integration into the DER Touristik Group, achieved a market-leading position in the Swiss market and built up a strong tour operator and sales team.
Christian Grage
Managing Director DERTOUR Hotels & Resorts
Christian Grage is a hospitality veteran with global operational and management experience in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia with Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, Corinthia Hotels and Hilton Worldwide. and has been Managing Director of DERTOUR Hotels & Resorts since 2016. His strengths lie in the management and development of multi-unit hotel and resort operations, revenue optimization and the implementation of business and marketing strategies.
Sebastian Spratte
Chief Finance Officer
On April 1, 2025, Sebastian Spratte was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the DERTOUR Group Hotel Division and joined the management of Aldiana GmbH, where he succeeds Max-Peter Droll. Sebastian Spratte brings over 20 years of experience within the DERTOUR Group and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President Group Finance.l.
Angela Rittig
Head of Sales & Marketing
Angela Rittig, a Rhinelander with hotel experience, has an international background and brings with her a wealth of experience in business development with a focus on distribution, sales and revenue. In addition to various director positions at well-known hotel brands and hotel companies, before joining DERTOUR Hotels & Resorts she was responsible as EAM for the areas of Commercial and Rooms as well as the conversion of all revenue-relevant systems at the Romantik Hotel Klostergut Jakobsberg in Boppard.
