Andreas Pospiech
Andreas Pospiech can look back on over 20 years of experience in tourism with a focus on management, the hotel industry and product management. The qualified travel agent and tourism manager spent over 11 years in management roles in the hotel business for brands such as Sensimar Hotels and five years as Managing Director of Magic Life Clubs. Most recently, Andreas Pospiech headed Camping Lodge Deutschland, currently one of the fastest growing and most innovative companies in the camping industry in German-speaking countries, until he took up his position as Managing Director on the Management Board of Aldiana GmbH.Andreas Pospiech has been Managing Director on the Management Board of Aldiana GmbH since April 1, 2024. In his role, the experienced tourism manager reports directly to Karl J. Pojer, CEO of the DERTOUR Group Hotel Division. Together with Sebastian Spratte, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Aldiana GmbH, Pospiech will manage the company, further develop the club brand's portfolio at a high level of quality and drive the brand's expansion. On April 1, 2025, Sebastian Spratte was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the DERTOUR Group Hotel Division and joined the Management Board of Aldiana GmbH, where he succeeds Max-Peter Droll. Sebastian Spratte brings over 20 years of experience within the DERTOUR Group and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President Group Finance.
