The well-known, renowned chef, culinary visionary, and founder of WE’RE SMART® WORLD®, one of the world's leading platforms promoting sustainable, vegetable-forward gastronomy – The Vegetables Chef® – visited the ananea Tropea Yachting Resort and, together with Head Chef Giulio Maccarone, developed new recipes entirely inspired by the ananea philosophy: Mediterranean. Contemporary. Deeply rooted in the region and perfectly compatible with modern Calabrian cuisine, which celebrates local, seasonal products and refines traditional Mediterranean flavours with a contemporary approach.
A fam trip to Tropea also recently took place with selected partners and travel professionals from Austria and Switzerland. The participants were able to gain a deep insight into the destination of Calabria, explore the beautiful Tropea and enjoyed the following highlights:
