Under the leadership of Corporate F&B Manager and top chef Georgi Bozhkov, known from Hell's Kitchen season 6, the innovative „That's Us“ concept was launched and is regularly held in our hotels. This concept combines zero-waste principles, unique fusion styles, future culinary trends, fine-tuned food & cocktail pairings, sustainability and an appreciation of locally sourced ingredients to revolutionise our culinary experiences. Hands-on training gives our hotels a comprehensive insight into innovative cooking techniques, fresh flavours and globally inspired tastes. Locally inspired dishes are also part of the workshop to enhance the unique character of each location with seasonal and authentic components. This lays the foundation for sustainable gastronomy, an exciting culinary journey and visionary passion in our hotels.
