Expansion inTurkey and Italy

In 2026, look forward to 2 new, family-friendly hotels in Turkey, the Sentido Luna Vista in Belek with 280 rooms, the Sentido Serra Resort with 400 rooms in the popular tourist resort of Side. Both hotels are located directly on the beach and offer modern swim-up rooms. We also welcome Sentido Tirreno Resort Picturesquely located directly on the sea on the beautiful Italian island of Sardinia.Nestled within a 5-hectare park and just a short walk from the fine sandy beach, set against a backdrop of rolling hills, this holiday paradise offers families unforgettable days.
ananea: Growth in Greece, Turkey and first summer season in Thailand & the Maldives
The lifestyle brand ananea, which stands for decelerated holidays and slow glamour travel experiences, is continuing its expansion. The brand represents the combination of personal service, modern casualness, and the integration of local craftsmanship and culture into the guest experience. Crete opens in Spring 2026 the ananea Rocrita, a house in a quiet island location with direct beach access and spacious outdoor facilities. The former club resort has been rebuilt, extended and completely modernised with a focus on relaxed, contemporary design. For Summer 2026 will the hotel portfolio also be expanded by the ananea Cleopatra Beach in Turkey, centrally located in Alanya, is expanding. In addition to a modern adults-friendly ambience and stylish furnishings, the hotel offers a large pool area with a relaxed lounge atmosphere.
Calimera back on the growth track
With the Calimera El Borj in Tunisia is adding its eleventh property to its portfolio for family holidays – and its fourth in Tunisia. The resort, with its dream beach location, boasts 202 accommodation units, a buffet and a themed restaurant, several bars, as well as an indoor pool and pool area with a sun terrace. Sustainability aspects such as the purchase of regional products and measures against food waste are part of the concept. We also welcome the centrally located Calimera Sunpark Alanya in Turkey with a very family-friendly atmosphere and only 100 rooms. Look forward to a varied entertainment programme, long-standing permanent staff and many shopping opportunities nearby.
Three new houses in Turkey
The Sentido brand is strengthening its presence primarily in the Türkiye. Three new houses will launch in Summer 2026: The Sentido Palmeras Lumare In Konakli, it appeals to guests who value proximity to the beach and an extensive entertainment programme. The family-friendly, newly built complex also impresses with its high-quality culinary offerings.
The Sentido Serra Resort In Side, also a new build, opening in the summer, it combines extensive pool areas with a spacious spa and wellness centre, including a hammam and indoor pool. The elegant resort blends modern design with generous garden and pool facilities, offering pure relaxation.
