The head office of DERTOUR Hotels & Resorts GmbH is located in Cologne, headed by Dr Ingo Burmester, CEO of the entire Hotel Division. This is where our numerous employees work in the various areas of Operations & Entertainment under Christian Grage (CEO), Finance under Sebastian Spratte (CFO Hotel Division) and Sales & Commercial Frank Seedorff (CCO). In addition, other employees work on site in the destinations and provide the link between the Cologne head office and the hotels.

Dr Ingo Burmester is an experienced tourism expert in the tour operator and hotel business. After completing his studies in natural sciences and technology, including a doctorate, he started out in consulting, moved to the TUI Group in 2000 and later managed the Robinson Clubs and then the hotel business at Thomas Cook. From 2019, he was responsible for the tour operator and sales business of the DERTOUR Group in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as CEO Central Europe. He has been CEO of the Hotel Division since November 2025 and is responsible for its strategic development.
